Educated, dedicated, and appreciated: all synonymous with the staff at EHCC. The members of our teaching staff have been selected because of their dedication to the growth and development of children, and their commitment to the highest standards of the Department of Early Education and Care. Many staff have achieved Bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood, Elementary Education, Psychology and Special Education, or Associate’s degrees in Early Childhood Education. All staff meet the requirements of the Department of Early Education and Care; as teachers, group leaders, or staff assistants. Every staff member holds a current certificate in First Aid and Infant and Child/Adult CPR.
In addition to education and dedication, our teachers facilitate learning using positive approaches to problem solving, self-esteem building, and community awareness and involvement. As a team of educators, they incorporate their knowledge in child development to assist every child in achieving their developmental milestones and in recognizing and sharing their exceptional talents with others.
The Administration realizes and appreciates the exceptional qualifications of the staff, and supports their endeavors to continue to achieve excellence in their classrooms.
